ID on Vintage Raleigh

Saw this picture online in an ad, any ideas? Unfortunately there's only one pic of it.

I can only ID the Weinmann brake levers.

Cool Thanks! Don't mind me asking but what were the features that made it post 1982 and from the UK?

I tried searching for Wienmann brake levers on velobase but nothing came close enough.

Also checked bulgier.net but they only have US catalogues.

Found a website with UK catalogues, the search continues...

Whatever it is, it's entry level. The crankset appears to have aluminum crankarms swaged to a stamped steel spider.
