not like any Mercier engraving I've ever seen...not a clue, but that looks like an interesting "cinelli". Is there "rifling" in the steerer to support the Columbus decals?

Murray.
Saw one this weekend on a Serotta built Murray.
btw there was nothing on the frame other than decals to identify it as a Serotta built bike.
at least on the Serotta built Huffys there was the "S" in the brake bridge.

Here's a picture from Wooljersey (of another members bike?) of an 1984 Olympic Murray where
you can just barely make out the fork crown.
