Ha, I think this is the first time I saw the OP say that! Given your location I would guess that this model was never available in the US market.

Not sure what OP said ( : OP= other person?
Probabaly australasian market only.
We do get Raleighs with American place names as the model name frequently.
Nova is new.. may be that 80s - 90s triathlete phase of frames.
Most are of Asian origin.
