headset identification?

I have a Stronglight Delta headset that I recently acquired that is stamped on the adjustable race as "1X24F"

I assume the 1x24 means British/ISO threading, but the "F" is throwing me off.

inside crown race diameter = 26.4 on the dot
out side cup diameter = 30.3

So, what do I have? French or British/ISO?

Not French. British or possibly Italian, which for all practical purposes are interchangeable.

the "F" is abbreviation for the word 'thread' (or threading) in Italian: filleto...you're not the first to be confused by that F
