Found a Centurion!
My first road bike and my first post here! My neighbor was clearing out their garage and threw out a Centurion Accordo. I asked if I could have it and they said OK. The bikes in pretty good condition. Needs new tires and a tune up. I'm stoked. I'll post some pics later.

Good for you and if you would like a bit of information to help the budding vintage road bicyclist out, you might want to take a look at MY "TEN SPEEDS", a website I published to help people new to the interest of vintage bicycles.
Hope this proves interesting and helpful.

Around here we love to hear these stories of bikes snatched from the jaws of an untimely death. Unless the bike in question is particularly rare, high end, or the size we're looking for. Then we get sullen, bitter and resentful. Welcome to the party.
