Centurion LeMans Super

Hey there, I've found this Centurion on CL and I'm intrigued because of the U brakes and bar-end shifters. Is this a mid 80's Le Mans? Are the components original? Thanks!

It's prior to 1983, because the headbadges went to decals then.
It's likely earlier, but not much. Dig the bar ends. Stompin' tough ride.

My '76 Super LeMans has bar end shifters, which I really like.
