Early Paramount
 

I have had this bike since the 60's and have never been able to identify the exact mfg date--460 is stamped below the pedal axel chamber. Direct drive and mostly original. Brooks seat and it had sew on tires which have been changed. I know a fire destroyed the records, but can anyone give me an idea of the year of manufacture.

Your number doesn't seem to match any of the Pmount numbering schemes. Are you sure it's a Paramount?

My SN is on one of the rear dropouts, but it's a track model and that may not be the norm for roadies.
