https://secure.freemantransport.com/store/product/No26 I love the styling of this bike -- gunmetal finish and nifty classic-y tube markings and headbadge. |
you could easily just go down the list of north american builders exhibiting at nahbs.

It really look very nice, but the web is completely in duch :( thanks anyway for the nice recomendation The RIH site is in Dutch indeed. Most basic two pages website: home page and contact details. Apparently the people know to find them anyway. The website is informing us on RIH history, including that RIH built frames were raced to no less than 63 olympic and world titles. They also do touring and randonneur frames under the name 'Vainqueur'. Of course everything is custom made and people is offered the option of bringing their old RIH for a full finishing. |
Hey, Atari, these Freeman are really really nice, I will prepare a post and include them on the list.

Raleigh has a few steel 2011 road bikes that are "inspired" by the classics. The top tubes slope a bit on some models, but there are a few that are relatively affordable. http://www.raleighusa.com/bikes/steel-road/
