Campagnolo Downtube Shifter Guide/Stop?

Where can I get that washer looking thing with a square hole and a small extrusion that stops the shifter from going beyond 1st gear?

Campy just calls it a 'Plate LH or Plate RH'

I think these may be it. your better off checking LBS though. if do and let me know if you find any friction washers

Can these be used with current barcon shifters?

Hmm $10 each seems to comparable to the cost of the entire used derailleur on eBay... Anywhere where I can find this cheaper?

***just saw some on ebay, this morning or yesterday, might have to do some searching, they were listed with some other bits. Try a couple searches.

do you mean to use the barcons as DT shifters? no. you need the same backing plates that you would need for DT shifters. they actually come with new in box shifters. the ones in the pic with the flat back should be between the shifter and the 'pod'

Thank you very much! I sent you an email since I don't have the 50 post requirement yet for PM.

Sorry to bring back an oldie. I've been checking out vintage friction shifters to pirate the stops. Most go for well over $20 some sets closer to $50. So I'm thinking just buy them from Ochsner and be done with it.
