Help needed to identify Ross road bike frame
 
Got ahold of this frame for a few dollars today and I'm having trouble finding out what model or era that its from.

Edit: that says Tempered 1020 Steel Lug frame. Allentown, usa

It's lower end. From the era when a lot of lower-end bikes were being pumped out- 70's, early 80's? I'm the last person to jump in and say "the fork is bent," but does anyone know if Ross was doing that fork bend? I kind of doubt it.

I would guess that is about a 1979 to 1982 Ross Gran Tour or Gran Tour II, with a pair of badly bent forks.
The color was called Scarlet red. You should be able to decode the year it was made by the serial number on the rear dropout. Those were well built bikes but heavy. They used plain straight gauge steel tubing and steel wheels.
