Yeah, I've been following this one since Jan mentioned it in response to the other Rene Herse that got over $10,000. Notice this auction started right on the heels of that other one...

This one doesn't do it for me like the blue one did.

I saw that one a few days ago when the bidding was less than $1000. I can't imagine why someone put in a bid of $100.

It is my size but don't have enough cash :(

Not knowing anything about you, I bet it's not your price, either.

While a sucker for chrome, I don't find this bike as beautiful or interesting as the blue one posted the other day.

I liked the blue one better. I have a sneaking suspicion that noglider and I ride nearly the same sized bikes :D, but given the fact I am saving pennies for a Brommie, no worries on a bidding war anytime soon.:p

I like the looks of this one, and it's my size! The bidding is still relatively low with a couple hours to go, so I'll wait until the last few seconds to put in the winning bid.

I've had the good fortune to see that one up close...it's a beauty.

I wish I could, but my wife just isn't into the same kind of bike porn as me. I really wish we'd have discussed this in detail before getting married. I've been trying to show her the beauty in the delicate lines and grace of the constructeur bikes. She's all, "That just doesn't do it for me. Just show me some hardcore racing bikes and let's go to sleep". A real romantic, that one.

I know there's a fancy frenchy way to say it correctly but in my mind that 10 thousand dollar bike is a Rennay Hearse.

REN-ay AIRrse, I think. Something close to that anyhow.
