Nishiki Altron 7000? Yes or No?

Saw 80s model Nishiki Altron 7000 on cl for 215.

Shimano Sante Parts 700 Araya Wheels. Said he put a new seat on it but that it needs cleaning and lube plus a new front tire.

I already have a 1990 Trek 1100 with Suntour Edge set and matrix wheels.

Wondering if this Nishiki is worth it.

I kind of like the color but I don't want to pay too much for this.

if it fits it is certainly worth 215 if it has Sante on it. go get it

but yes it should be in the apprasail forum.

The original Altron were 700C, aluminum framed, road bicycles. When WCCS brought Richard Cunningham on board as a designer, the Altron was transformed into a 650C Triathlon model. This took place circa 1991. The Altron in question is an earlier, 1988 model.
