Who was this frame built by? Nicely done but no info on what type of tubes. Never heard of August Railz, anyone else? thanks!

chances are if you couldn't find any info using google, it hasn't been discussed here either.

yeah, i am not good at the photo thing

All i can say is that it has a low end campy group on it, gipeme drop outs, seat post, head tube lugs have hearts cut out, upper seat tube lug the same, BB cut out, chrome fork with painted crown, chrome chain stay, and that 90s rainbow blue green and violet paint at the tube junctions, otherwise its a white paint job and otherwise i really like the way it rides!

without pics it will be nothing but wild guesses: borrow a digital camera and join a free hosting service, once you've done your first it gets easier.
Based on the Gipiemme dropouts and "heart" lug cutouts it sounds like it could be one of the dozens of mid-level contract-built Italian frames done for importers, shops and clubs. Many of those were Columbus Aelle tubing...all wild guesswork.
