Appropriate bags?

I have a Felt MP, and I'd like to get some panniers/bags for the thing that are appropriate to the style of the bike. Anyone have any ideas?

Head over to your local Army Surplus and look for bags made from olive drab canvas. I think that would look awesome!

+1 on the Mil surplus canvas bags. Oh, and you "might" want to move the headlight: anything more than a couple inches tall on the flatbed front rack would block the light completely. [sarcasm] Nice design work. [/sarcasm]

These will work nicely with the design elements of the above bike

Ask Zaphod B. to stitch you up a set. Should have a outside pocket for your side arm. Or painted aluminum boxes might look appropriate also?

I agree some old amuniton boxes would look bada$$, but the probably would not be as practical for carrying around off bike as the canvas conversions.

Make a set of panniers out of ammo boxes. Trunk bag from olive drab canvas with brown leather straps.

Also, get a brown Brooks saddle and some lacquered cork grips.
