Wow this DeRosa is really responsive, I expected it to be quick, but I had no idea they'd be so nimble, almost like it wants to turn by itself.

My bike seems to be getting a lot of air-time today.

Too bad you torched it.

is it just the angle or is the front wheel bigger than the rear? I'm assuming that's just the perspective thing, but it almost looks like you're running a 27" in the front and a 650b in the rear.

It was purpose built that way - that's what makes it handle so nice.

Ah I see, the exact opposite setup of a pursuit bike. Does that make it an escape bike?

Look at the ground around that front wheel. Is this what it looks like when you ride that boat anchor around?

That was my college roommate's show! He was the producer, and is the guy who says "Look how close it came! Holy....!"

Right. First DeRosa I've seen with negative offset.

Welcome to Bad Photoshop Week. This is how it's done, chaps:

In all seriousness, I rode a 1985 Gios Professional that had the most interesting handling I've felt to date. You could throw it into the tightest of turns without feeling uncomfortable doing so, yet, the headtube had more flex in it than a Peugeot - I'm almost certain that a fast downhill run would have launched it into high speed shimmy. Go figure.
