Help identifying an old bianchi!!
 

Hey I just bought an old bianchi off craig's list and need help learning a bit more about it. The sticker between the shifters says 'Tubi Speciali Rinfortzati' on one side then "Tret-" (scratched off after that) and Columbus underneath with the logo. There is also E3 stamped on one side of the seat tube and 017 on the other. The frame is Celeste and has Bianchi written in white writing on the down tube and seat tube, but no head badge. The shifters are Campy Nuovo Gran Sport. The wheels are Wulber Aspen Super Champion (made in france) tubular laced to shimano 600 hubs. The brakes are modolo sporting and the headset and seat post are Ofmega. Any idea what kind of bike I got going on here? Any information on type of tubing used, model type, how good of a bike, etc would be great. Thanks!

Bit of a hodgepodge of components, I would guess that the hubs (and thus the wheels) are non-original. Does it look anything like this;

Campagnolo Nuovo GS was made from 1974-1985 so that somewhat helps bracket the possible age if those parts are original. The Modolo and Ofmega parts (if original) probably point more toward 80's.

His this old Bianchi in the states or in Europe somewhere? can you post a few pics?

I bought this bike in the states but I'm pretty sure it was made in Italy since the parts all say made in italy. GrayJay, it doesn't look like the pics. It has brazed on holders for the brake cables and the shifters on the down tube don't have the chrome ring that connects them. The stamp on the seat post says E3 on one side and 013 on the other. The lady said she looked it up and it was an 83 bianchi. There are also blue "B"s with circles around them engraved near the seat stays and blue B's engraved on the fork crown.

Pictures please since they help to take so much of the guess work out of guessing what you are talking about.

I agree with Randyjawa, we need pics. a few details of the frame sound like a mid '80s I do see alot of Campi GS in the catalogs. also Celeste with white decals does sound a bit odd.

= Tretubi = "three main tubes" = forks and stays a "lesser" steel material

I would hate to make a judgement like that before all the facts are in
