1973 Raleigh Grand Prix- just finished

I picked this up a short time back as a project and she's all finished.

1973 Nottingham built Grand Prix, as found.

And finished, I left the original bar wrap because it's in amazing shape as are the Carlton hoods but I'm keeping the Wright saddle unless the buyer wants to pay a bit more for the bike.

I think it turned out pretty well.

Nice!!

I especially like GPs from that period. Very classic looking and nice riders too.

Thanks guys.

I'm pretty sure my son is trying to figure out a way to keep it for himself.

Breathtaking! What a wonderful color! Makes me want to fix and repaint mine. Mine is the green and bronze model. Anyway, I will have to start learning where to get parts etc. New to the forum just today. Glad you had your pictures here.
