headset: 24 tpi to 26 tpi
I have a mid 70s Raleigh Grand Prix, and would like to install a Campagnolo headset on it. I've gathered that there may be threading issues, and suggestions?

you can start by threading (or trying to thread) a standard locknut onto your current fork. If it goes on without protest you don't have threading issues to worry about. If not, you can go from there.
Not sure, but I think you can get the steerer re-threaded if you need to.

Not all Grand Prix's had funny threading. Where was this one made? You can tell by the serial number if there isn't a 'Made in...' sticker.

Check to see if your fork is already compatible with the Campy headset. If it's non-compatible 1 x 26tpi, the easiest fix is to replace the fork with a standard thread fork.
Don't forget to offer your 1 x 26tpi headset up for trade here, though!
