Huret
 

I found a Huret Svelto r/d on a trash pick gas pipe Italian bike. It originally had a claw attached to it. I removed the claw and installed in on my Astra (Huret drop outs). Should there be something btwn the r/d and the dropout? The only place the r/d moves is the lower half of the cage. Is this normal for this d/r or should it pivot on the dropout like a "normal" r/d?

It should pivot at the dropout.

Crap.... Is there a washer or something of the like that goes between the dropout and the r/d?
