Can anyone tell me what model the Basso is?
 

Got this Basso and it's in exceptional condition, but no year and model. The serial number is 570070. Thank you, Mike:)

Grouppo looks to be chorus from around 1990 (+/- 1 year). Hubs are american classics or something similar. From the chrome and paint scheme, it looks to be a very top end Basso for that era. The columbus tubing decal will identify the tubeset, probably SLX or perhaps EL-OS tubing?

The tubing is Columbus SL. The former owner said it was 20 years old when bought new. And yes, the components are Campy Chorus and Record C. Thank you, Mike

Here's a Basso catalog from '81, which is older than your bike. Back in the '80s the top Basso model was Gap, made from SL tubing, and some chrome on the fork crown and right chain stay. Your bike is more chromed up than the old Basso Gap. Perhaps it's the Gap of it's day.
