Frame with diamond cut-outs and Marinoni decals any idea who made this?

I bought this frame from the original owner who used to race it back in the day. This frame was originally sold by Marinoni but not manufactured by them. I'll bring it to Marinoni when I visit them next time but in the meantime I thought the diamonds were distinctive enough that someone might recognize the maker. As I understand it, when this frame was sold by Marinoni he had not reached this level of quality yet.

It is Italvega, Superlight or next model down. I used to have one. You don't show side of bottom bracket that has serial number, is the number still there?

I suggest you look up the work of Chris Kvale, Albert Eisentraut (the signature frames, not the Limited series) Bruce Gordon, Peter Johnson and others if you wish to find thinned lugs.

To me these are filed down at the anterior points, and hardly touched at all, maybe skipped over along the sides. It is a production Italvega upper end model probably a Superlight as advised earlier in cognito. Probably lacking much original chrome at the moment.
