Not sure if you plan to ride this bike or look at it, but Velo-Orange has some cranksets that will work perfectly with a Shimano UN54 and keep a traditional look. I picked up an Sugino XD-700 today for $75. I plan to put it on my newly acquired Bianchi Squadra, match it with a UN54, and ride the $%#@ out of this bike. Here's the link if interested:
