Late 70's Takara Road Bike
What do you do when your Pop tells you he saw an old road bike on American Pickers like the one you bought when you were in junior high school? Why, you dust it off, blow it a little cleaner, pull it apart and take it home...right? 
Looking for a little help out there with a late 70's (prob 1978-79) Takara...anyone out there have a step by step to rebuild from the frame up?
It has Suntour derailleur & shifters and a Sugino crank... which are in pretty good shape. I think I want to powdercoat it...?
