The Cobalto Faeries commonly appear mid-May. But their prices are indeed dear, unless you perform some kind of feat, usually involving a downhill mountain bike race in Chile:

Wow. On top of everything, that stay dog found it's way on the course. That was really great. I also love when he laughs to himself after jumping from one street level to the next.
