see i saw one at a swap last weekend and i cant stop thinkin about it

i am strangely attracted riding 30 miles on cheesey old department store crapola that doesnt fit my 6'2 frame

is that so wrong

I'm with you.

seypat 05-18-11 04:35 PM

Paint it black and I think you would have the Batcycle.

Alan Edwards 05-18-11 04:36 PM

Did you buy it!!!!??? If I saw that, it would be dragged home with my wife kicking and sceaming,"You have to many bikes".

BluesDaddy 05-18-11 04:51 PM

That bike is the bomb-diggety.

marley mission 05-18-11 05:00 PM

thats not the bike from the swap - but it looked like it
only stopping factors were:
$200 - didnt have it on me and also its upper range for me (not totally unreasonable though)
and ... wah wah - already too many bikes
i got the fellas card ;) so who knows what the future may hold

edit: gotta say - never had seen a frame like that before - it stopped me in my tracks - i though at first it was some funky rat rod creation but no that was how they made em - there were other dragstrippers there but they were all muscle bike types - this was the only one that i would consider 'road' - 3 speed i guess

I will give Iverson credit, they made junk but it was very unique junk. I remember seeing plenty of Iverson bikes at a long defunct discounter that we used to shop at in the late 60's.

The name of this thing is politically incorrect on every and all accounts.

Come to think of it, so is the construction.

I didn't think of it that way.

Makes you wonder where the parachute's hidden.

marley mission 05-18-11 05:44 PM

but its what makes it so wrong that makes it so right

Wildwood 05-18-11 05:47 PM

Funky, but not exactly cool.

sailorbenjamin 05-18-11 06:05 PM

All I'm seeing is horizontal dropouts. Too bad there's no derailler hanger to grind off.

BlankCrows 05-18-11 08:47 PM

I wonder if that was one of the bikes that bigbossman made at the Iverson factory when he was a youngster.
