Still sorting through everything. What a jumble:

^
That's not including all the square tapers that I already put in an Akro-Bin...

The first step to recovery is to acknowledge that you have a problem.

What drives me nuts is that there is a strange split between cups: 50% of them are dirt-cheap adjustable cups, while the other 50% are sealed Hatta, Sakae, or Shimano...and all of those are fixed-cup only - there are hardly any cheap fixed cups, nor quality adjustable-side cups.

It's as if the shop spent the last 20 years replacing adjustable cups, and tossed the unused fixed cup into the parts bin.

Granted, I made out a lot better with the headsets, though there are more of them than I'll ever be able to match up in a lifetime - including a Deore XT and some other oddities.

How on earth does anyone end up with a mountain of SA axle nuts? From making old Raleigh Tourists and Sports into dayglo fixies?

If you mean the traditional Raleigh 16GC, I have a few.

All NOS - probably to replace stripped LH nuts.
