Value? Very cool and desirable old frame. A beauty. Good for the senses and the soul.
Monetary worth? Unknown, sorry. But if I were in the market for that frame I'd pay four hundred bucks. best guess.

i'd say the price they were asking seems to be in line with what i've seen them go for. It might have even been a little low given the color, condition and year.

I've seen several higher dollar items now not sell with a high buy it now and then when someone either broke the BUY it now by bidding or it was relisted, it sold higher!in any event, enjoy the bike!

On the scale of hacking braze-ons off of a frame or parting out a hard-to-find original bike, I have to say that the latter disturbs me far more. And it's much more common among the C&V cognoscenti.
