Canadian B.F. Goodrich bike with CCM coaster brake. Losta pictures and closeups
I cleaned it up some and totally took apart the coaster brake for cleaning and relube.
I don't know the year of manufactor or anything about the Canadian B.F. Goodrich bicycle.
Any information would be appriciated.
I got this bike for the cost of a case of beer. Itterally, she used the money to order some beer to her house while I was taking the bike apart to load into my car.
BEFORE
AFTER ( know from afar ir pretty much still looks the same, but there was aot of cleaning and some polishing)
SERIAL Number (I'm hoping this will help date this bike, right side of the seat lug)
CCM Coaster Brake
Cranks
Can you tell me anything about this bike? Age? B.F. Goodritch bikes made in Canada?
thanks!

Very cute bike, love seeing Canadian made parts. I also don't have much in the way of CCM knowledge , one can assume T-Mar will chime in eventually...

I have been doing some research on the B.F. Goodrich Bicycle. Seems in the U.S the bikes were made by Schwinn to sell that the B,F Goodrich Auto store chains up until 1960 when relations between the two companies got sour.
Perhaps B.F. Goodrich had some similar agreement with CCM?
According to the head tube badge this Bike is Made in Canada by the "The B.F. Goodrich Rubber Co. of Canada, Limited Kitchener, Ontario"
Any more info on age, history, etc. anyone?
