I have one road version which was built by the guy that supplied the Australian Olympic team in the 80's. It is quite comfortable to ride but it does have a tendency to want to track straight which is a little strange at first - but you do quickly get used to it.

IIRC some of the companies that made TT bikes for the US made two models. a real topshelf one and one for the masses with an OK Tange frame and 105ish group.
