Help ID a Bianchi

Hi all,
Newb here.. I'm hoping you guys can help me with this one.. It's in the local classifieds for sale for $400, maybe still negotiable.. The seller sent the ff info:

Purchased 1984
12 speed
Dia Compe brakes
SunTour shifters
Sella Italia saddle
Road Champion Sakae Custom bar

Seller states it's in "like new" condition. Worth picking up?

Thanks in advance for any input. :)

From the crappy photo, it looks in decent shape. For that spec, though, I wouldn't go over $200. On the other hand, it's your money. I've got Bianchi's from the first half of the 90's, and think they're great. I'd suggest you try to negotiate then ride it hard if the price is right.

is this bike in the US? the decals seem to indicate '83 or earlier, but I can't really find a match between color chrome and components. can you get more information?

I would not recomend spending $400 on it.

Thank you both! I also checked out Bulgier's catalogs and can't confirm the model of this one or what tubing it has.. Anyways, the seller seems pretty firm on the price so i think I'll just pass on this one.

Thanks again!
