M. Brunner? What have I got?
Hello C&V
I have a rather mysterious catch that I'd love to get some more info on, my google-fu hasn't been providing me with much. I know that it's built with metric tubing, as the outer diameter of the main frame tubes is 28.0, and it takes a 26.6 seatpost. The dropouts in the rear are Shimano, and the fork has columbus dropouts, so it is probably an off-the-shelf columbus model. I also know that the BB is either french or swiss threaded (and unfortunately in need of replacement!). It came to me built as it currently sits, with a few small exceptions for fit.
The frame is stamped with "M. Brunner" on the seat tube, and a small serial number type identification on the BB shell, which reads "MB23". There is also a "swiss finish" marking near the head tube, which I'm presuming to be the painter's mark. The BB is a Nadax cartridge model, marked with 35 x 1, although I haven't pulled it to see if it's swiss or french. As you can see, it has a few cues that are quite unique (seat lug cluster, internal routing for rear brake and rear derailleur), so I'm hoping someone may be able to shed some light on it for me.
Please excuse the road dirt and the bell, this bike gets ridden and both come with the territory in my area.

Thanks very much for your expertise!

Could be a Titan. I have a stem that says both "Titan" and "Swiss Finish".

The fade paintjob seems to also be similar to those Titan frames that were clearanced out from a warehouse about a year ago............but I don know where the "MB" comes in. Unless the whole "Swiss Finish" thing was a whole thing on it's own used on different brand bikes as different tubesets are, but in this case it's a chrome/graphics/paintjob package??

Thanks for the info so far, I'm interested in the possibility of it being a Titan, which would make sense.
If it helps, i've weighed the bike and it comes in at almost 22 lbs exactly as shown.
