I also have one M, one XL and one XXL of this print on charcoal grey long sleeve shirt, no back print on these. $15. I'll make more if enough people want them. I guess if 15 people are interested by the end of the month I can do another run.

I like the Psycho Cycles! Pm coming!

LesterOfPuppets 07-23-11 09:12 AM

To answer a common question, I made 5 each of small, medium and large and 3 XL of everything except the grey Nisi shirts so there are plenty to go around.

I'll be heading down to the UPS every Tuesday and Thursday so the wait won't be too long.

like what you did with that portland/600 shirt. pretty cool

rookgirl 07-23-11 12:34 PM

can you do them on women's fitted Ts?

Oregon Southpaw 07-23-11 02:54 PM

Omg that tri-color one

pm sent

JReade 07-23-11 04:38 PM

The tricolor one is hot..except I'm on the opposite end of the country.

This is a great idea!! If you ever feel the need to do a Super Champion on dark blue in XXL, or a Rigida on light grey (the color of a weathered rim), or a 531 on steel grey, pray remember me!.

frantik 07-23-11 04:45 PM

cool.. how are you doing the printing? silkscreen?

LesterOfPuppets 07-23-11 04:48 PM

Thanks Capt. Hoping to do Super Champion soon. I'll be adding about a design a month for a while. Next up will be an Ad-Hoc frame pump decal.

frantik: yes they're silkscreened.

rookgirl, I'll look into getting some ladies tees.

rootboy 07-23-11 04:50 PM

Or ...a le Simplex ...

great looking shirts !

do you screen them yourself? I used to work as a graphic artist in a print shop in high school so this stuff always interests me... been wanting to start doing silk screened tshirts or something myself

LesterOfPuppets 07-23-11 07:44 PM

Yes indeed, frantik. I prepare the art, do the separations and print them all myself. Tracing the Ad-Hoc pump logo tonight. I'll separate colors and print on Monday if all goes well.

frantik 07-23-11 07:51 PM

thats awesome.. if i had any extra $ i'd definitely pick one up

this thread reminded me that i needed to install Corel Draw on my new system .. (yeah im a weirdo using corel draw instead of illustrator.. thats what i learned at the print shop so i still use it today when doing vector stuff)

Please get them with lycra in them! I wear an XL. The lycra makes all the difference in fit

I'm a Corel guy myself. Running versions 9 and X3. I only keep Illustrator around when I need to open Illy files that people send to me. I usually then save them as an older Illustrator version that Corel can open.

* high five *

frantik 07-24-11 03:39 AM

little rusty but not too shabby.. someone i know has this old head badge that I vectorized tonight.. more of an reinterpretation though.

edit.. this one would sell as a tshirt here in SJ i'm sure..

LesterOfPuppets 07-24-11 07:55 AM

Nice work! I bet the pink would go over well with a certain crowd in SJ!

Glennfordx4 07-24-11 07:59 AM

I like the 600 tri color shirt but I need 2XL Tall or a 3XL REG. I would be interested in seeing some more of your work. I am a Japanese guy when it comes to bikes and would love to see some of that made in to shirts. Do you have to worry about licensing when printing designs say for instance SunTour, SR or even Centurion.

Michael Angelo 07-24-11 08:13 AM

Are you going to do any Campy ones?

rootboy 07-24-11 08:22 AM

Some of the old (50's) Campy logo would be nice. Put me down for a NISI gray, (L), when you get them made up. Thanks. BTW, bravo on the silkscreening. The heat transfer, rubberized ink ones just don't enthrall me too much.

Hey do you know anything about that bike/maker? A friend of mine had an orange frame with just a head badge that said "Butterfly" and "San Jose" if memory serves.

frantik 07-24-11 04:47 PM
