Can You Identify this Shimano Gruppo?

I bought this Norco Wolverine yesterday for a song:

As far as I can determine, it's 2001 or 2002 model. The component list provided by Bikepedia does not match my bike exactly, but I don't know if that's because they list US-spec bikes and mine is Canadian. The bike's serial number includes both a "99" and a "00". According to Bikepedia, however, both the 1999 and 2000 models had chromoly frames, but mine is 6061 aluminum. In any case, I would like to identify the Shimano Gruppo that is used on this bike. I've never seen components like this before; the crank arm and dérailleurs have a plastic red oval on them:

The back of the drive-side crank arm is labeled FC-TY30, which leads me to believe it's a Tourney model. The shifter/brake levers, however, are Acera:

Anyway, the bike is in brand-new condition and will make a great addition to my fleet. I've already swapped the tires for some slicks and will soon replace the cheap Suntour boinger with a rigid chromo fork. I'll be using it to haul my son on his Trail-a-Bike, and will be selling the old steel Raleigh MTB that I used to tow it with.

In retrospect I can see how this bike can be considered neither classic nor vintage. Please forgive my faux pas.

The levers are Acera. I double-checked.
