Traveling to CT and MA nest week

I am traveling to Enfield, CT and Boston, MA with my wife and son next week for a vacation. Can anyone recommend any C&V oriented sites that I should check out?

In Boston the two places I'd hit would be Menotomy Vintage Bikes in Cambridge and Harris Cyclery in Newton and former home of the legendary Sheldon Brown (RIP). I can't say I know of any places in and around Enfield.

More C&V in the Boston area:

Broadway Bikes in Somerville
Bikes Not Bombs in Jamaica Plain

You'll also be arriving just in time for the rollout of the new Hubway bike sharing program. Grab a bike and tool around!

I used to work at the Lego plant in Enfield, which was pretty interesting, but I don't think they did tours or anything like that. Enfield had a Shaker community once, and some of its buildings are still there, near the Lego plant. As for bicycles... yeah, okay, I'm drawing a blank. There's some nice cycling in the area, especially over on the other side of the CT river.

All good recs! Just FYI-- Broadway bikes is in Cambridge, not Somerville.

Another one would be Belmont Wheelworks, home of legendary frame builder Peter Mooney. Not particularly C&V, but a great bike shop nonetheless.

I think Somerville should do a hostile take-over of that part of Cambridge!

Although its a bit of a hipster spot, Superb Cycles in Boston has a lot of neat C+V gems, mostly of the track bike variety.

There's a Canal/Rail to trail that runs bisects CT North to South called the Farmington Canal Heritage Trail. There are a few incomplete sections that put you over on the road. It's worth a ride. At the southern terminus in New Haven is Devil's Gear Bike Shop. Not a big city vintage place, but they're worth a stop if you want to spread the net a little wider. Peny Farthings, a NOS 61cm frejus, etc. out front and a very large back room filled with vintage stuff, although that stuff is on more of an "ask about" basis than on display.

Delayed for 2 hours at the Baltimore airport. Catching up on the C&V Forum to pass the time.
