Local advocacy group Yay Bikes! ride--we rode to local Whole Foods and Big Lots stores and bought groceries and personal hygiene items, then transported the goods by bicycle to a food pantry about 15 miles from the start fo the ride. Big fun!
One of the amazing bikes on the ride:

Kids, dinosaur, and bamboo bike outside Whole Foods.

Cyclist attitude. That's my Raleigh Portage in the background.

On the way to the pantry.

One of the ride leaders being calm, polite, but firm with a drunk driver who was yelling at us.

At the pantry with the food we donated.

Wet and chilly day - felt like Seattle. Finally got a 36t 110bcd Sugino ring and changed the Trek 510 from a 50-42-28 triple to a 50-36 vintage compact set up. Worked pretty nicely on the ride today.

Racing canoe on the Raritan canal just north of Princeton ( burning off the Tanksgiving feast I'd presuume)

I paced them for a bit, they seemed to be making better than 4mph!

My 'new' Trek Navigator 2.0. Adjusted the bars this morning. Can't wait to finish it and ride. Also tinkered with my Alpinestars AL MEGA DX frame. Completed stripping it down, no small task with the hydraulic line of the Magura brakes. Next step is to strip its paint. I wish I had a bead blaster!

Beat me to it on the Opinel. Light, elegant, and cuts well because the blade is thin. And costs less than a fast food lunch.

We're visiting the my in-laws down in SW Florida. I rode 10 miles on the bike path on an old Bianchi brava I leave down there for vacation riding. I didn't take any pictures of that ride, but I did take some cool pics of K1 out fishing with dad and Grandpa for the first time.
out on the canal:

K1 is excited!

mangrove of destiny:

hooked by Grandpa, reeled in by K1, a pretty little sea trout:

Ok, granted not a keeper, but a good time was had by all.
I'll try to take some cycling pictures later this week.
