It really is of a cat, I was trying to make it appear large but for some reason it doesn't work. I was tinkering with but then had to go do some work.

It must be a long time... the extension to the University was completed in 1992. The lower deck connects the north and south side of the river for pedestrians and cyclists.

made some progress this week in my backyard. The hexagon pavers are what all our sidewalks in town used to be made of and date back at least 100 years, the rocks are old sea walls. People are always "updating" their properties so these are readily available if you keep your eyes peeled. To the left is my garage workshop, to the right leads to where my new chicken coop will be. Looking forward to the plants filling out and maturing. Going for a jungle kind of thing. The backyard was a barren dirt mess when we moved in...bleh.

and my strawberry plant is producing way better than expected. This will be batch 3

Was getting rid of a couple of bikes and posted one on the local CL for $15/offer (functional Magna). Got an email from a guy living onboard a local tall ship who was interested in it for crew members to get around town on. Dropped it off this morning and took a few pics while there, let him have the Magna and a kid's bmx bike free.

ping me if these are too many to post

Yesterday, I took the train to New York for a job interview. I remembered to bring my padlock to the train station but forgot my cable. I borrowed a cable that was locked to a bike rack and just used my padlock. It's a 51 year old 3-speed, not a thief magnet.

On the way home, I bought a beer in Penn Station. NY's liquor laws are liberal. Every deli sells beer. In NJ, each town has very few liquor licenses. It's like living in the Puritan era in NJ. I never had this beer before nor even heard of it. It's very tasty.

Conan, I have the bad luck of being the only Tom Reingold on the internet. So googling my name yields all sorts of embarrassing quotes and pictures. I can't claim they are from the other Tom Reingolds.

Here I am posing as Yehuda Moon.

Wait no, that's the real Yehuda Moon. Here I am.
