Descending so fast, I was warping the space-time continuum. (Or I need better spokes)

Wow. That is the strangest effect. Cool.

Careful there!

You are well on the way to 23 bicycles in the basement just like I had.

Sold another beauty yesterday, so I am back under 10 for the first time in a half decade.

I think I'm around 11 keepers with about 5 waiting to be flipped. I really need to be at 10 or under. Everytime I sell 1, I somehow find a way to pick up 2.

Quite a day for optical effects.

Kingston is quite close to Woodstock. Just sayin.

Our daughter liked the pudding. There is a bicycle in this picture too.

Preliminary set up of the tent for touring. Not done completely - i.e. ropes for the rain fly tied off. Was just looking to see how it looked. Size is just about right.

That's a good looking shelter.

This is my ultralight tent:

http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7285/8...7413855d_b.jpg

Its "The One" tent made by Gossamer Gear (out of stock at this time). It weighs one pound :thumb:, sleeps one, and is very compact. The material is spinnaker cloth, similar to what is used on high performance sailing boats.

I use this for light and fast backcountry fly fishing trips and it will be my bike touring shelter as well.

Biking to work. It IS bike to work week after all :)
http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7284/8...c7247d73_z.jpg

My plumeria and my orchid both had their first bloom of the season yesterday

http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7290/8...f11dcca7_z.jpg

And I discovered a cool trick of light at work this morning. When the morning sun rises through this window at this time of year:

and that sunlight shines through this glass installation:
http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7290/8...0fd1fcfc_z.jpg
it creates this cool prism & shadow effect on the blackened steel walls of the room. Awesome.

Man cobrabyte, some really nice work, top shelf shots! These photos are better than most of the art photography I've seen in galleries in LA during the past six months! Really digging the skills, please keep it going!

Thanks for sharing!
