Thanks! The andouille and hock were raised by a friend and butchered and smoked by yours truly. I toasted some Kalamata bread with some local cheese and there's dinner.

Roger M: Isn't Glacier awesome? I mean that in the most basic literal sense of the word. We were up there the second week of July and the pass was still closed there was so much snow.
