Ok I am spelling challenged and was rushing of to a design review..... but still tough audience. I take it that it is a Babylonian cuneiform clay tablet. From there.... my best guess possible restoration work....I see what looks like wax, latex, resin at the middle left. Other than that, my flight of fancy is that you are a high end brewing researcher and this is an ancient beer recipe that you are trying to resurrect. :)
