Yep, Adidas shoes are pretty good for cycling. I have the Adidas Dragons, which are somewhat similar to the Sambas. Much better than the flimsy slip-ons that I had before.

I took these photos about an hour ago:

You have good taste Holiday

I have gone through 3 pairs this past year, moved on to my 4th pair (the grey authentics) Toe clips eat my Vans for breakfast.

Vans by (cobrabyte), on Flickr

I get about 3 months out of the slip-ons, the black 'vegan old skool' pair lasted about 6 months due to the doubled up toe and added stitching. I hated giving up on that pair, great sneakers for sure.

nice! i've been riding my MTB beater/commuter with those big ol' bear trap pedals with no toe clips. that works out pretty well. I used those shorty shorty toe clips that VO sells on another bike and thats ok too, but any clips kinda get on my nerves after a while.

sometimes i wear Sanuk's as well.

Awesome pics

Classic wear patterns - are you keeping them for a collection?

I decided to take the plunge and forgo the classic "garage door" shots by pressing into service my brand-new retaining wall as my new "bike backdrop".

Opinions are welcomed

This was one the way home from riding to my Wife's place of work. I was late getting there, so I didn't have time for any ride shots.

Chrome Bags makes good cycling shoes. They are very stiff for cycling and a couple of their shoes have mounts for clips. I got a free pair last year when they had a promotion and gave free shoes for sending in old shoes. They are great for cycling, but not real inexpensive.

This is hands-down the best landscape photograph I have ever seen here on BF. Man, I never thought I'd say this, but I miss Arizona!

Thanks a million for sharing, WNG
