I bumped into this trio in a park near my house, they were smaller than softballs and impossibly cute!

This evening was simply gorgeous. No, it was better than that.

I got home and had a quick dinner with the wife before running out to a Habitat for Humanity meeting. Their office is only about 7 miles from home, albeit in a sketchy neighborhood. I rode my bike and had no problems whatsoever.

After the meeting, the weather was perfect for riding. I have no idea what the temperature was, but it was ideal. I took the time to take some pictures on the way home and this is one of the better ones. That's my fixed gear Schwinn Cutter in the foreground, with the beautiful dusk as a backdrop.

A soccer game at the middle school field.

Dusk settles in.

Beautiful sky, lovely photo!

As cute as 'possum on the half shell' can be. I was careful to approach them quietly for the photos, but I realized they were completely ignoring me even when I made noise. They only jumped a bit when I gave them a scratch on the back, but they even got used to that

Almost have my D2R2 bike ready... I need to replace the FD and add cross tires. Also considering a set of black Mini-V brakes because I loathe cantilevers. (don't mind the houseplants...they are enjoying their first breath of fresh air since October)

That's one of my favorite bicycles around these parts.

A real everyday bike, but still has a major cool factor.
