Anyone heard of ProTour Bicycles?
 

I picked up a beat up road bike off the curb last week. It looks like a fairly cheap 70s road bike. The downtube says ProTour on both sides and the head badge is the letters PT. I think ProTour is the name of the company that made it, not the model, but after quite a bit of searching I can't find anything on them.

I am located in Ontario, Canada. Maybe it was a smaller manufacturer from around here. I don't have it with me now so can't post pictures until later.

Those ProTours are all over Winnipeg too. I dont think i've seen one that was particularly nice. They're sometimes functional but typically lower end bikes.
