Best Square Taper Crank Bolt

OK - Whats up - I have had allot of problems with the hex head generic chrome plated crank bolt - Even with thread locker they have been coming loose - Just as a test I used the Sugino plain old crank bolt with washer and low and behold no slippage just the steady hold I have always been used to - The difference between the two is in chrome plating and length and the washer - Oh and price...

So just what is the best square taper crank bolt - At 3 bucks its hard to beat the one I have found...

$50 - Campy

$15 - Sheldon?

$5 - Geneiric Hex

$4 - FSA

$3 - Sugino Basic

personally I like the single key release (self extractor) type. I just wish i could find them in colors again.

other than Ti, I don't think there is a big difference other than finish.

I like just the basic kind, at least on C&V bikes. I've tried the FSA style and they looked out of place.
