Those bars are the bees knees.

I've got no skills at identification compared to many of the folks on here, but I think it would be beneficial if you could find ANY words on the bike. Is there a brand on the saddle, bell, crank, wheels, brakes, levers, hubs, etc. If you made me guess I'd say it's English, but that's just speculation.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and I love those bars too...

I would *kill* for those bars in alloy...

The Lugs and handle bars look 30's vintage, the BB oiler more 40's. How about a good picture of the brakes, hubs and chainring. It's a very nice find!
