My 1988 Fuji Design Series
One of my favorite rides.
Here's a quick list of what she's sporting. Sante' brake pulls, shift levers, crank set, FD/RD, Look pedals, Royal Gran Compe brakes, 7400 DA headset, 7400 DA hubs, Mavic G.L. 330 rims with Vittoria tubers, Nitto stem, Specialized chain rings and Crit bars. She's qiuck, nimble and loves the hills!
Hope you like her as much as I do.

Whoa!
Yep, I like it! One of my favorite Fuji models, they don't show up very often. Here's mine:

No doubt, she's a good looking bike.
I really like the white bar tape and white seat. It sets off the color of the frame nicely...

Thanks Scott. Yours is gorgeous! Nice saddle color. Suede?
This Fuji has a bit of a racing history. It supposedly lead the Capital Crit race in 1988 for 3/4 of the race, and finished the race in 3rd. Apparently the motor was pushed a little to hard at the beginning, and just didn't have enough left in the tank for a strong finish.

It's a Fujita and suede is correct. These came standard on some of the higher end Fuji's from the earlier '80's.

i've got a nice stripped down 1988 fuji delrey single speed 52t16t with a fujita belt. does anyone know if these fujita saddles break-in? this one is so stiff it hurts a little on longer rides. tried uploading a pic but i guess i'm stoopid.
