Yes, there are interrupter levers. But, I need something for a grown man's hand. I'm thinking I may have to choose another bar.

How about using 25.4 levers with a 0.8mm thick shim around the handelbar?

I don't think you follow. All of the levers I'd like to use have 22.2mm clamps. The bar I wanted to use has a diameter of 23.8mm.

Not having looked at 7/8" clamp levers, is there a reason you couldn't swap out for a set of 15/16" clamps?

I will check out the set that are on the riser bar currently w/ a set of drops to see if they can made to fit. They are the big, honkin' motorcycle type....

Unlike the old school levers where the clamp and body are two different pieces, most now have an integrated clamp.

Unfortunately, I think the answer to my question might be "No".

Pick the ones you like and ream them out with a 15/16 end mill. You'll need a machinist friend of course
