Set of Kia 26s - worth it?

Replacing a stolen target bike (which I'd tried for weeks to get from Target again... I had one delivered/built for me and went to pick it up yesterday and they couldn't find the thing).

The guy is selling them as a set, he says the shifters work but thinks the bikes need new chains (says they're just old, not rusty). I think they look like they're in really good condition - like they were never left in the rain, at least.

Of course, I only need the girl one. I wouldn't mind having both, it's just a matter of trying to find a place for them in my tiny apartment. But I really like that they're yellow! It's $250 for the set, but he says he'd work with me on the price. What do you think they're actually worth?

Your pictures come up as unavailable. From old Kia models I have seen or owned in the past I would say they are way over priced.

I think he might have them confused with the cars... which might be worth that much as a pair.

Your links aren't working. But, every Kia bike that I have seen has been a low end bike.
