The age of this Dutch bike

Hi guys, can you please help me identify the age of this Dutch bike? The frame should be Dutch Altra and the components seems to be from France except the saddle (the saddle looks like Fongers from 30s). I guess it should be from mid 70s. What do you think?

Mid to low range 70's bike. Your guess is correct, the saddle is probably not original.

Oh, I'm sure it's not a fake saddle, but rather a much older saddle. This bike was originally sold with a different one.

The bike is from the mid to late 70's.
