@VintageRide, I never heard of that model, not surprisingly. It looks fantastic.
@nlerner, I guess it's fair to say you have more Raleigh bikes than bikes of any other brand. I guess I do, too, now that I think of it, but I don't have that many.
1962 Rudge Sports
1971 Raleigh Pro Track
1971 Raleigh Super Course
1973 Raleigh Twenty
1974 Raleigh International, still not built!
I've had some other Sportses in the past, and I also had a 1975 Raleigh Gran Sport, which I bought new. I sold the Gran Sport in about 1979.

1984 Raleigh Corsa.
[SUP][/SUP]I have two Raleighs. This is my 1984 Corsa, Reynolds 501 throughout and a full Shimano 600 first generation, SIS groupset. 1984 was the first year for the Corsa and the only year for this Oyster paint (white pearl). I bought the bicycle new in 1984 to replace my stolen (at university) Roberts - I had the Roberts returned by the police a number of years later - but only the frame! The Corsa was built in the Lightweight Unit (LU) in Nottingham, separate from the main production line and each LU bike was assembled by one man.
Other components are - a now rare red suede Rolls saddle, Cinelli 1a stem and Giro d'Italia handlebar and white Benotto ribbon and Cinelli end plugs.
Corsa's were originally supplied with a Shimano 105 (Golden Arrow) groupset: my local shop had a deal on the 600 group and the bike was reassembled by a Tour de France mechanic.
Thanks for the interest.
Jon.
N.B will post better image later: since the attached photo was taken the wheels have been rebuilt and the 600 aero pedals refitted after a service.

I got the '83 Blackburn Crossrack in the mail today, and took a horrible picture here. Should I put a front suspension fork on this bike?

I vote for keeping it rigid. Suspension fork on a bike not designed for it will alter the geometry, probably not for the better. The actual difference might be slight.

@3speedslow- It is fun. Pretty zippy too. I've done some stuff to it, but kept all the original parts just in case.
@CannedPakes - love the color and the bike. I vote to keep as is.

I've almost finished my 1962 Gran Sport. I need to find the correct rear wheel or rim and hub, 40 hole BH Racelight and Dunlop Special rim, and maybe some fenders
