Where did you take your fork to get it fixed? I have the same issue with my supercourse. Thank you, Rob Slipsky: slipguy@sbcglobal.net

My 1972 Raleigh (Canada) Sports has returned to the fold. I sold it to a neighbour who finally realized the 23" frame was too tall for him and we made a deal on a smaller 26" ATB. Needs a good clean and detail but appears no worse for the wear.

Dirty but intact.

Needs a clean!

As it looked when I sold it in 2020.

International
Seems the text was lost during the upload of above pics
want to throw in my contribution to the Vintage Raleigh thread. I have a few, 3spd, Sprites, Super Course and Olympian, but always wanted an International, which seems never to come up in my size or on the other side of the country for astronomical prices. Thanks to Catnap which had some of his bare frames available a few weeks back and made this transaction super easy for me, I acquired a champagne colored frame and started to throw some bits and pieces I had around to build one up. Living in the mountains, I went for a Suntour 14-32 freewheel, Groupset is a Shimano 600 Arabesque with a long cage RD. Gipiemme hubs laced to some Araya wheel set with the Continental Ultra Sports. I stuck with the Weinmann centerpull and attached the Brooks saddle and tool bag (which was a Valentines present from my wife). I tried the Newbaum cloth handlebar tape which was easy to apply and feels nice.
First ride out, it runs really smooth, shifting is awesome just by a short flick of the downtube shifters. I do like the sourcing of parts and build up as much as the rides.
